It has been awhile since I have been on here!! Here's an update on us. We are home from Ohio, and have been for almost 2 months. We are so happy to be home!!!
We are expecting a baby in early 2012 and are so excited to give Parker a baby brother or sister. We have decided to NOT find out the Gender of this baby and are going to have a surprise. I cannot wait! Parker wants to name the baby "Sword" if it's a boy, and "Taffy" if it's a girl. LOL!! We have a few favorite names in mind and are keeping it all a secret until the day of delivery.
Andrew has a new job as a real estate agent, and we are SO excited for this new journey that life is bringing us. We are grateful for what God has provided for us.
Parker is in Pre-school and LOVING it. He is such a bright kid, and I am excited for him to learn.
Well, that is a quick update on us and I will have more to follow.

On 06/13/2011 we went to a cafe called "Thurmans" (it was on the show man vs. Food) and they have a hamburger with 2 separate 12 oz hamburger patties, ham, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions. It was the size of my head, if not a bit bigger. One of the guys down here ate the WHOLE thing!!! This is a picture of it below....it was massive!!!
Yesterday was Fathers day, and Parker and I woke up Andrew with a French Toast breakfast. Yummy!! And Parker gave him a homemade key chain and a plate that he had decorated. Then we walked around the mall for a few hours and Andrew got a couple shirts. After that we came home and I cooked up a stir-fry dinner with meatballs, made rolls and a fruit salad for dinner. I must say, it turned out pretty dang good. :) Before the night ended, we went over to the clubhouse here, and played volley ball! It was a ton of fun...as you can see below...Parker had a blast too.
I just love his smile!! He melts my heart!!
on a side note...they have the most random rain storms here! One minute the sun will be shining and gorgeous, then the next minute a storm will roll in for like 20 minutes then roll back out and the sun will shine again. Here is a picture of the storm we had a couple weeks ago...

Love this little boy!!!
We went to Dairy Queen last week, and as you can see....Parker enjoyed his ice cream. haha. He said it's more fun to stick your whole face in the ice cream :)
We went to the "Anthony Thomas Candy Factory" on 05/24/2011, We got to see how they made fudge, it was pretty cool. Parker got this yummy lolly pop for being such a good boy!! . :)
He is such a Cheeser!! I said smile Parker, and this is what he does! I love it!! :)
Went to a ice cream place on Monday, called Jenni's...it had really good flavors. Parker got "pear", which literally tasted like biting into a pear and I got wild berry lavender, which was super good as well. Then after that we went to the mall to see if they had any memorial day sales. I got Parker a swimming shirt for 40% off, so I ended up spending $9 at "Kids Gap". Woohoo for bargain shopping. Then as we were heading out we stopped and got some cinnamon and sugar pretzels, which is all over Parkers shirt in the picture. He was soooo tired after the day he zonked out in the truck on the way home.

05/22
On Sunday, we got up, had breakfast, and hung around the house for a bit. I love Sundays because it's Andrews only day off and we finally get to spend time as a family together. His work schedule has been pretty crazy, but it'll all be worth it when we are done at the end of the summer.
So for our Sunday "funday", we went to a cave called "Old Mans Cave". It was really cool!!! They had a waterfall that went into a "pond" that was so pretty! I wish we would have known and we would have worn our swimming suits so we could have swam. Next time we go, we are going to swim. The rocks there were covered in green moss, and was absolutely gorgeous! I was loving the scenery the whole time. ((I have pictures....but....they are on Andrews camera and we forgot our cord to link the camera to the computer so I will post them tomorrow or Friday after I go get something so I can share the pictures.))
After that we went to this really good BBQ place and had dinner. It was one of the best places I have ever had BBQ. Of course, being that I don't have a good memory, I cannot remember the name of the place. I need to get better with writing things down for these types of reasons.
On a side note: Ohio is really growing on us. We are loving it, except for all the rain ;), but rain this much is not typical they say. But we really miss home and family and can't wait to see them all again.

Today when we woke up, we made PANCAKES and ate breakfast as a family. Andrew left after that for work, so me and Parker headed to the mall. They have a little playland area there that Parker was able to play in.
After that, a few of the wives that are down here (in Ohio) went over to the grand opening of a little "bar and grill" called "the Goat" and we tried some of their food (kinda reminded me of the food that Chilli's or Applebee's would have, but a little better). They have a big pool area over there but it's not open yet...it hasn't passed inspection...hmmmm makes ya wonder what's in the water. LOL! Just kidding. I heard a man saying it has to do with the way they designed the doors that lead out to the pool. But, it's supposed to be open next weekend....I am sooo excited to sit out by the pool!!

funny things.
Parker asked me ((about his Aunt Amanda's twin babies ultrasound)), and I quote: "Why can't I see her guts if I can see the babies??" Too funny not to share. He is a pretty funny little boy!!!

I am BACK!!! :)
Wow! It's been 2 years since I have done anything with this page! so much has happened it's unreal! I don't even know where to begin. LOL. So I will begin with the most important day, that started our lives together as an official family...
On December 10th, 2010 I married the most wonderful man, Andrew Phillips. It was a beautiful, snowy day, at a Ranch in Morgan, Utah. I could not have planned a more perfect day. After we got married we lived in Layton for 4 months, and are now out of state for Andrews work. There have been so many wonderful changes I don't even know how to explain them all. So, I will start fresh from here on out and try to update this a few times a week!!
