On 06/13/2011 we went to a cafe called "Thurmans" (it was on the show man vs. Food) and they have a hamburger with 2 separate 12 oz hamburger patties, ham, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions. It was the size of my head, if not a bit bigger. One of the guys down here ate the WHOLE thing!!! This is a picture of it below....it was massive!!!

Yesterday was Fathers day, and Parker and I woke up Andrew with a French Toast breakfast. Yummy!! And Parker gave him a homemade key chain and a plate that he had decorated. Then we walked around the mall for a few hours and Andrew got a couple shirts. After that we came home and I cooked up a stir-fry dinner with meatballs, made rolls and a fruit salad for dinner. I must say, it turned out pretty dang good. :) Before the night ended, we went over to the clubhouse here, and played volley ball! It was a ton of fun...as you can see below...Parker had a blast too.

I just love his smile!! He melts my heart!!

on a side note...they have the most random rain storms here! One minute the sun will be shining and gorgeous, then the next minute a storm will roll in for like 20 minutes then roll back out and the sun will shine again. Here is a picture of the storm we had a couple weeks ago...

Love this little boy!!!

We went to Dairy Queen last week, and as you can see....Parker enjoyed his ice cream. haha. He said it's more fun to stick your whole face in the ice cream :)

We went to the "Anthony Thomas Candy Factory" on 05/24/2011,  We got to see how they made fudge, it was pretty cool. Parker got this yummy lolly pop for being such a good boy!! . :)

He is such a Cheeser!! I said smile Parker, and this is what he does! I love it!! :)

Went to a ice cream place on Monday, called Jenni's...it had really good flavors. Parker got "pear", which literally tasted like biting into a pear and I got wild berry lavender, which was super good as well. Then after that we went to the mall to see if they had any memorial day sales. I got Parker a swimming shirt for 40% off, so I ended up spending $9 at "Kids Gap". Woohoo for bargain shopping. Then as we were heading out we stopped and got some cinnamon and sugar pretzels, which is all over Parkers shirt in the picture. He was soooo tired after the day he zonked out in the truck on the way home.
